I had a post about justifications worked out but I am changing it at the last moment. J is for jumping, something I have been doing on my new workout trampoline lately. This trampoline was a pain to assemble and a kick butt workout. Not one week after I finished setting it up, it is broken.
Luckily I did not break it by jumping on it. That would have just been embarrassing. No, it was broken by the little hands of my son and his neighborhood friends. Who actually snapped off the calorie counter and how they managed to do it remains a mystery.
What is clear is that after the super glue surgery has healed, my son and his friends will be banned from using this trampoline! Mean mom? Maybe, but that is how it is going to be.
"Superglue surgery" is a fantastic phrase! Oooh -- we both used Alliteration! YAY!! :)
ReplyDeleteHi, stopping by way of the A to Z challenge. So sorry to hear your tramp broke! We have a mini-tramp, and you can get the best workouts on it!
ReplyDeleteThat just stinks Loki! Super Glue does fix everything though huh? Good luck with keeping those little hands away from now on. Wink!

My kids are banned from the public library. And before you boo and say what a mean mom I am, hear me out.
ReplyDeleteThey can still get books from their school library. But every time I take them to the county library they either
a.) leave the book out in the rain.
b.) peel the bar code off the back
c.) color in it
d.) lose it.
Then I end up paying thirty dollars for each book they destroy or lose. I never thought I'd say this, but bookstores are cheaper.
Oh goodness, I'm glad something didn't happen while you were using it, causing an injury. Sounds like a fun workout.
ReplyDeleteI used to have a trampoline. It should have come with a warning: breakable by children. I wish I had thought about Super Glue back then. It was a fun workout.
ReplyDelete'Super glue surgery' will make a really great "S" post on the 22nd! ;O)

My husband jumps on a mini-tramp every night. They are an excellent workout. Glad the superglue surgery worked.
